Our weekend started off with finding out that Poppet and Lolly cut their hair the night before. Lolly decided to take a chunk right out of the front! I asked Duane, "why in the world do they always cut in the front?" He says, "because they can't reach the back!" Why didn't I think of that??

We headed up the hill to Knights Ferry and watched the Civil War Reenactment. It was a beautiful day! We took a lunch and ate on the hillside while watching the war, then we went down to the river and hung out while the kids chased minnows in the water.

On the way home we stopped by the Oakdale cheese factory. Unfortunately they weren't making cheese that day so we walked around and looked at the animals they had.
(Can you believe they've been married for 7 months now?? Time flies even after they get big.)
