Nobody tell her, but Shylie slept thru the night again last night for the 4th night in a row!!! Yes, she is actually 17 months old and should have done this over a year ago, but I guess she never got that memo. Out of all my children they have all slept thru the night by 8 weeks old except for two of them; Shelbie and now Shylie. Shelbie was 14 months before she slept thru and that was hard, but as the months passed by with Shylie I was starting to think my hopes of 8 hours of straight sleep was nothing more than a dream, a dream I could never finish because I was always getting woke up from her! There were nights that she would actually wake up 3 and 4 times throughout the night! Ugh!! Last year when I was so sick I really thought that just the lack of sleep was going to do me in!
It's really amazing how good a person can feel just by getting sleep! I am hoping that this isn't just a fluke, but that we have really just arrived!!

None of my kids EVER slept through the night...until I weaned them. You are lucky to only have two go that long. =)
