Duane and I walked over to the Dollar Tree the other day while we waited for the tires on our van to get done. I love wandering in there and looking for some great “finds”. I wasn’t disappointed!
As we get closer to the new school year to start they are getting more great educational items in. I found some fun file folder games. They had several to choose from. The boys and I played a Matching Time one today. If one of the boys won they got 15 minutes on the computer to play a game and if I won I got a 5 minute massage per boy. Needless to say, I am writing this while enjoying a wonderful shoulder massage. 
This was such a fun little game, and so easy to store since they are only folders.
They were working so hard at “trying” to beat mom….didn’t happen! There is so much more of a challenge for them when they play against a parent.
I got this game for Poppet and Lolly.
They also had some great packs of adjective, adverb, label and sight word strips.
