Plums Galore

My brother and sister in law let us pick plums at their house. What do you do with all these plums? 

Make jam! Lots of jam! We spent a full day making jam….

   10 plum jams and 6 blueberry plum

We also tried our hand at making fruit leather

and plum popsicles

We still have two very large bowls filled with plums that I need to do something with.  Maybe some plum syrup? Plum pie? Maybe we’ll just freeze them for later? I’ll let you know what we end up doing!
