An ocean trip

Friday we packed up and headed to one of our favorite little getaways... the beach. We ended up by Capitola on New Brighton Beach. It was probably our best beach trip ever. We love the beach and sneak off there as often as possible. I think we could easily become "beach bums".
It was a bit foggy and the sun would sneak out for short periods and then slip away again. Even without all the sun it was pleasantly warm. The guys and girls ended up deciding to have a sandcastle contest. Neither side did so well on their own so they ended up deciding to pull together and build one. It turned out great!
They guys played frisbee and football and tried to take Daddy down. Later on the kids decided to bury Shyloh. She was crazy enough to let them. She was so gross and sandy when they were done with her.
Hopefully we get in one more trip before Duane shuts us down and makes us stay around here and keep "watch" on me. A couple more weeks and he won't want to do any out of town trips!
