As my girls are out selling cookies again to raise money to feed the hungry I'm sitting here thinking about this song. It has been a year since the devastating earthquake in Haiti. They are still rebuilding their lives and homes. How many of us have moved on? Let's not forget!
The Hands & Feet Project is another way to get involved and do something! Where will the Lord write you into this story?

A visit with Maycie
Duane and I ran over to help Shyloh with something the other day and we took Shadd and Poppet with us. They asked if they could go outside and play with Maycie, Shyloh’s dog. Within minutes they were back in and Shadd declared that he saved Poppet! Maycie had pinned her down and used poor Poppet as a door mat. It looked much worse before we got home and most of the paw prints had dried. At least she’s still smiling!

Continuation of “Pie in the face”
Last week Shyloh decided to sneak up on Duane and shove a cupcake in his face. (Such a terrible waste of a delicious cupcake!) He warned her that she started it! On Sunday afternoon it was payback time. She had just woken up from enjoying a nice nap during the football game when he decided to make his attack. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

May He turn our hearts to Him, to walk in all His ways and to keep the commands, decrees and regulations He gave our fathers.
