On Wednesday Shelbie was walking the dogs and Ella (Shyloh's little A.D.D dog) decided to run in front of Shelbie. The result was Shelbie being tripped by the leash, doing a belly flop on the road and ending up with a broken elbow. Fortunately it isn't a bad break, elbows can be pretty yucky to break. She is in a splint cast until Tuesday and then they will x-ray again after some of the swelling and fluid has gone down. It looks like they will put a regular cast on then.
We thought about suing the owner of the dog,but Shelbie was gracious enough to not do that and instead make the owner help wash her hair for the next few weeks! She is sad that she can't hold Shylie for a while and I am sad that she won't be able to be my "right arm" for a while, my right arm is broken! This will give Shaylah a great chance to shine and rise to the occasion and I am confident that she will!

Her cat has figured out a way to snuggle in and be close. Anyone who knows Megan can understand this!

OMG! Poor Shelbie! Ive never broken a bone in my life and dont plan to either haha, and while I'm here I decided I might as well post Shyloh and Jeff's new name. . . . . JELOH!! like Jell-o, hope they like it hahaha
