Taco Salad

Shelbie made a yummy Taco Salad the other night.  We love salads in the summer with fresh fruit.  Easy to make without heating up the house.

1lb. Cooked ground beef
1 (16 ounce size) black beans beans (you can also make your own beans, we do, but cans are sure convenient)
1 (16 ounce size) pinto beans
1 package tortilla chips or corn chips 
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups chopped lettuce
2 small tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (2-1/4 ounce size) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
(We use French dressing instead of the salsa and sour cream sometimes)

Chop lettuce, tomatoes, avocadoes, and onion and put in bowl.  Add olives, cheese, beans, and ground beef.
Mix well and add French dressing or combine salsa and sour cream and use that for the dressing.  Put a handful of chips on the plate and add a salad on top. Enjoy!
