Compassion International

We have been sponsoring a little boy from Haiti for about 4 years. His name is Marcelin. He is 11 years old now. We have been blessed to do this and I hope that this will help my children grow with a love and concern for children in other countries who live in poverty and don't have even a small percentage of what our children have here. Marcelin writes us sweet notes and always includes some precious drawings of his. I have included a link in the sidebar if anyone would like to consider doing this for a child. It is such a simple way to show the love of the Lord to a precious child. It is also a great way to get our own children to think about all the other children out there who don't know the Lord and without programs like Compassion may not even get food, clothing, and some education. We are such a blessed country and even the poor in our country have more than the children in some other countries. As the holidays are approaching quickly I would really encourage you to pray and consider blessing a little child out there with sponsorship. What a wonderful gift to give!
