I have been looking for some kind of exercise program to do. I wanted something low impact and I didn't want something that required an hour of my day. I decided on T-Tapp. It only takes about 15-20 minutes a day. The program is very unique in the way that each exercise you do uses 5-7 muscles at a time. Another interesting this about this program is that the focus is not on losing weight, but rather inches. I don't care what the scale says as long I see results in how my clothes fit!
Shyloh, Shelbie, and Shaylah are doing it with me. We started last Monday. We took pictures, weighed, and measured ourselves. This is serious business you know! (Shaylah came by and saw me writing this and said you're NOT going to post pictures of us, are you?? Um, no.)
